FOOD & SOCIETY 2025: Elevating the Value of Traditional Gastronomy in a Globalized World
From 26–28 November 2025, the Food & Society 2025 Conference, co-organized by UEF and HUTECH, successfully convened more than 170 distinguished delegates from 14 countries. Under the theme “Sustainable Evolution and Gastronomization of Traditional Food Systems,” the conference pursued a shared vision to:
🌿 Foster the sustainable development of traditional food systems
🍽️ Elevate the cultural and economic value of indigenous gastronomy
✈️ Strengthen the synergy between culinary heritage and sustainable tourism
💡 Advance the application of technology and innovation in food production
Within the framework of the conference, Mr. Luong Thanh Nam (CEO VIETSOLUTIONS GROUP) delivered an inspiring presentation entitled:
“Bringing Vietnam’s Food Heritage into Luxury Hospitality” — a compelling integration of thought leadership and cultural storytelling, introducing the richness of Vietnam's cuisine and heritage to the international community.
